What is the Comotion Customer Experience Maturity Model?

To take your first steps, you need to know where you are today, where you want to go tomorrow and how to get there. To do this, we have designed the Comotion CX Maturity Model that measures you against six core pillars:

  • Customer strategy - do you have one and how good is it?
  • Insight - do you understand your customers and their needs?
  • Design - are you able to design the solutions and experiences to fulfil those needs?
  • Delivery - can your business delivery new solutions?
  • Measurement - can you measure success and act upon change?
  • Culture - do you have the right team to make your customers happy?
How do we do it?

For each pillar, we will score you on a scale of 1 to 5, based on what you say and what you do, to your plan of action and how you compare against peers. We will work with you to understand your ambition and appetite for change so that we can define what you want to achieve. We will then build a roadmap together that will help you understand how to achieve your goals.
