Over the past two months, we are really proud to announce that three of our clients have been nominated as finalists at awards ceremonies.

Lloyds Commercial bank has just received its second award nomination at the Financial Innovation Awards for P.AC.E – the agile delivery platform that we built together, which allows the bank to take ideas on a piece of paper and turn them into live pilots with clients in a six week period. So far this year, 5 new propositions have been taken to market leading to a multi-million pound increase in revenues.

Reed Exhibitions is a finalist at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2016. Reed Exhibitions asked us to work with its division, Infosec, to build a customer-led strategy that would take a 1-2% / year growth business and double revenues within three years. The implementation of the strategy and the focus on cultural change, led by Kerry and Darren, now means that the company is on track to hit this incredible target within the next 18 months.

Spotlight – the home of acting in the UK – asked us to develop a customer-led strategy that would allow the business to successfully defend its position against new entrants into the market, and then develop foundations for future growth. We are really proud to not only see the venerable 90 year old publisher make an incredibly successful moveinto becoming a platform business, but also at the fact that Spotlight last week won the Grand Prix prize at the Engagement Excellence Awards in London. This prize comes off the back of a really impressive cultural change programme that Ben and his team built as a result of the strategy.
